There’s really no business like show business! The Daily Front Row headed to the West Coast to celebrate the best in fashion, and it seemed like everyone in Hollywood came to join the party. The annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards (FLAs) took place with Law Roach hosting a star-studded event that honored some of the biggest names in the industry.
Guests arrived dressed to the nines at the beautiful Beverly Hills Hotel’s Crystal Ballroom. They strutted on the red carpet, showing off their stylish outfits and mingling as the sun set. And speaking of looking glamorous, many attendees accessorized with the latest pieces from LAGOS Jewelry.
With glasses of DAOU Vineyards wine in hand, the crowd took selfies at various photo spots as the red carpet buzzed with excitement. In the Moroccanoil oasis lounge, guests could relax and try out new hand creams and hair and body products. They also stayed hydrated with mini bottles of FIJI Water throughout the evening.
The night honored people both behind and in front of the scenes. Bradley Kenneth was named Music Stylist of the Year, with Miley Cyrus, his longtime friend and client, presenting his award. Chris Appleton received the Hair Artist of the Year award, given by Kim Kardashian and her daughter North West. Gwyneth Paltrow’s G. Label by goop was recognized as the Powerhouse Brand of the Year, presented by her friend Sara Foster. Jeanne Yang, who has worked with Keanu Reeves for over 30 years, received this year’s Fashion Visionary honor.
Dani Michelle gave an emotional speech when she received the Style Curator honor from hair expert Jen Atkin. The Rodarte sisters, Kate and Laura Mulleavy, joked about sharing awards as they accepted the Designer of the Year trophy from Brie Larson. Elle Fanning reminisced about her experiences with W Magazine as she presented its editor-in-chief, Sara Moonves, with the Magazine of the Year award. Actor Matt Bomer praised his wonderful working relationship with Men’s Stylist of the Year, Warren Alfie Baker. Teyana Taylor presented Emerging Brand of the Year to Eli Mizrahi, the designer of MÔNOT.
Meghann Fahy, known for her roles in “The Bold Type” and “The White Lotus,” was the first to receive the Breakout Style Star accolade from Sara Moonves. Tasha Reiko Brown was named Makeup Artist of the Year, awarded by her clients Logan Browning and Michael B. Jordan, who sent a video message.
Other notable attendees included Aisha Dee, Alessandra Ambrosio, Babyface, Carmella Rose, Christine Chiu, Cindy Bruna, Elsa Hosk, Emma Brooks, and many more.
