He’s launching Winker’s, Toothfairy, and S.F.C (Sushi Fly Chicken) all at once, marking a new milestone for his group. Let’s take a closer look at what’s behind these new ventures.
First off, Toothfairy is a fun bakery and ice cream shop with a nostalgic yet Instagram-friendly vibe. Next, there’s Winker’s, a modern twist on a classic diner, named after Grutman’s one-eyed family cat. Lastly, S.F.C combines takeout with a bar and lounge, inspired by Tokyo’s underground scene but with a Miami twist.
Each spot has been carefully designed to create a unique atmosphere. S.F.C features a stunning 75-foot mural by local artist Santlov and other striking artworks, alongside futuristic neon lights. Winker’s channels Art Deco with vintage leather booths, metal accents, and an open, spacious layout. Toothfairy boasts a photogenic ombré paint scheme, blending pink to blue for that perfect Instagram moment.
When Grutman needs inspiration, he hits the tennis court or retreats to his villa in Turks & Caicos. For treats at Toothfairy, he can’t pick a favorite, praising chef Dallas Wynne, who’s been recognized as Miami’s best pastry chef twice.
On the horizon, Grutman teases exciting collaborations for his tennis-themed brand, Prince, including partnerships with Melissa Wood Health and Reebok.
