Rihanna is always making a fashion statement, and on Thursday, she rocked a cozy look at the Boys & Girls Club in Harlem. Along with her partner, A$AP Rocky, she handed out free Puma gear to kids in his hometown.
Dressed in a grey wool and cashmere hoodie and a matching peplum skirt from Patou, worth $1,200 each, Rihanna kept it relaxed yet stylish. If you don’t know, Patou is a fashion house founded by Jean Patou in 1914, now known for its couture, ready-to-wear, swimwear, accessories, and perfumes.
She added a light grey Loewe fur jacket, black and yellow Bottega Veneta frames, and grey Amina Muaddi knit boots to complete her look. Her Amina Muaddi ‘Veneda’ boots, retailing for $1,415, featured a sock-like fit and the brand’s signature fluted heels.
Rihanna’s outfit got a lot of love on Instagram, with one user saying they “love love love this entire look” and another calling her “our modest queen.” It wasn’t just about the fashion, though. Rihanna showed her humble side by distributing Puma goodies to kids in need.
Seeing Rihanna and A$AP Rocky giving back to the community is heartwarming. When you reach their level of success, paying it forward is the right thing to do. So, what do you think? Hot or not?
