Christian Siriano never ceases to amaze us, and his latest Fall/Winter 2024 collection is no exception. This season, he took inspiration from the 1965 novel ‘Dune’ and its film adaptations, bringing a futuristic twist to evening wear that imagines a sci-fi, apocalyptic desert setting. Picture vibrant shades of burnt orange and red, liquid metallics, and shimmering black tinsel as models wowed the audience at the Plaza Hotel in New York City.
Siriano, who honed his skills under the tutelage of legendary designers like Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen, has crafted a distinctive style that quickly became a favorite. His Fall/Winter collection perfectly balances strength and power with a soft, romantic elegance, creating a captivatingly bold yet delicate aesthetic.
This season’s runway show felt especially innovative, with statement pieces that are destined for the red carpet or the Met Gala. Supermodel Coco Rocha turned heads in an extravagant white silk gown with a ruffled tulle top. Her hair, accented with gold foil, added an ethereal touch to her modern look.
The show attracted numerous celebrities and fashion insiders, including Claire Sulmers, the CEO of Fashion Bomb Daily, who looked stunning in a custom Siriano outfit. Also spotted were Alicia Silverstone, Sophia Bush, Ashlee Simpson, Busy Philipps, and many others.
