Ross+Kramer Gallery is gearing up for its first show at Miami Art Week, marking the opening of its third location in Sunset Harbour, along with its existing spots in Manhattan and East Hampton. This Thursday, they’ll open the doors to their new Miami gallery with an exhibition featuring contemporary artist Daniel Arsham. This show, titled “Miami 3023,” will be Arsham’s first solo exhibition in Miami in over ten years.
The new gallery in Miami Beach’s Sunset Harbour is an impressive 3,000 square-foot space with panoramic views. It’s designed to create an immersive experience for visitors. What sets this location apart is its versatile nature, allowing the gallery to present a mix of contemporary and mid-century works seamlessly. The open layout is perfect for highlighting the artwork and providing a platform for a variety of artists.
The highlight, “Miami 3023,” offers a futuristic glimpse into Arsham’s unique style, which merges contemporary art with archaeological themes. This exhibit is meant to challenge how we perceive time, blending elements of the past, present, and future through his distinctive paintings and sculptures that honor Miami’s rich cultural heritage.
In addition to Arsham, the new Miami gallery will feature works from emerging artists like En Iwamura, Larry Poons, and Erik Parker.
As for Art Basel, the gallery is excited for the chance to engage with the global art community, exchange ideas, celebrate artistic creativity, and connect with art lovers, collectors, and fellow creators.
Back in their Manhattan and East Hampton locations, Ross+Kramer Gallery continues to present compelling exhibitions featuring both new and well-established artists. They’re always looking to evolve, partnering with various creatives to push the boundaries of art.
