Hosted by Kim Blackwell, the founder of the summit, this year’s event came back even grander with various activities and seminars aimed at inspiring attendees to reach their full potential.
Actress and Emmy-winning host Tabitha Brown was honored with the Vanguard Award for her trailblazing work in the entertainment industry. Blackwell and Brown embraced the Miami weather in colorful printed maxi dresses, with Blackwell in a stunning Dolce & Gabbana gown and Brown looking stylish in an off-the-shoulder dress by Farm Rio.
Fashion Blogger and seven-time Emmy-nominated host and producer Kéla Walker made an appearance in a nude sequined Zara dress, complete with a sheer hem and metallic accessories. Style expert J. Bolin was seen catching up with TV personality Bevy Smith, who turned heads in a purple and yellow L’AGENCE dress paired with a yellow Valentino handbag.
Bruce & Glen, whose fashion line is featured at Fashion Bomb Daily Shop, added to the vibrant atmosphere with a pop-up shop that delighted all the fashionable attendees. Gia Peppers, a journalist and NAACP Image Award-nominated host, wore a chic silk outfit, pairing a white iridescent top with orange silk trousers and nude embellished sandals.
