There really is no business like show business! The Daily Front Row headed to Los Angeles to celebrate the finest in the fashion industry, and it seemed like all of Hollywood came out to join the party. The annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards (FLAs) was a star-studded event where Law Roach hosted a night honoring some of the biggest names in the industry.
Guests dressed to impress, arriving at the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel’s Crystal Ballroom. They stepped onto the red carpet to flaunt their stylish looks and mingled under the golden hour sun. Many accessorized their outfits with the latest jewelry from LAGOS Jewelry.
With glasses of DAOU Vineyards wine in hand, people took selfies at photo stations and watched the red carpet buzz with activity. The tranquil Moroccanoil oasis lounge provided a spot for guests to relax and try some of the brand’s latest hand creams and hair and body products. FIJI Water bottles were on hand to keep everyone hydrated throughout the evening.
The event celebrated both behind-the-scenes talent and those in the spotlight. Bradley Kenneth was named Music Stylist of the Year, with Miley Cyrus, his longtime client and friend, presenting the award. Hair Artist of the Year went to Chris Appleton, presented by Kim Kardashian and North West. Gwyneth Paltrow’s G. Label by goop won Powerhouse Brand of the Year, and Sara Foster presented the award to her. Jeanne Yang received the Fashion Visionary honor from Keanu Reeves, her client of over 30 years.
Dani Michelle gave an emotional speech when she accepted the Style Curator honor from hair expert Jen Atkin. Kate and Laura Mulleavy of Rodarte humorously noted that it was the first time they each received their own individual trophies as they accepted Designers of the Year from Brie Larson.
Elle Fanning, reminiscing about her appearances in W Magazine, handed the Magazine of the Year award to its editor-in-chief, Sara Moonves. Actor Matt Bomer shared heartfelt words about working with Warren Alfie Baker, who won Mens Stylist of the Year. Teyana Taylor, stunning in MÔNOT, presented Eli Mizrahi with the Emerging Brand of the Year award.
Meghann Fahy, known for her roles in “The Bold Type” and “The White Lotus,” was the first recipient of the Breakout Style Star award, presented by Moonves. Tasha Reiko Brown received the Makeup Artist of the Year award from her clients, with Logan Browning on stage and Michael B. Jordan sending a video message.
