Matopeda has made her way to America! The Nigerian bridal and formal wear designer made her debut this past weekend in Atlanta at White & Co, located at 1620 Lavista Road. Although she is based in Nigeria, Matopeda is renowned for her ability to create customized dresses in just a week. Her designs are famous for featuring nude illusion mesh that complements brown skin tones, along with built-in bras and corsetry.
A number of brand fans and supporters, including Shamea Morton, Paisli B, Monyetta Shaw, Yandy Smith, Latasha Wright, Jeremy Haynes, Awed by Moni, Anthony Wilson, Tiarra Monet, and myself attended the event to celebrate in style.
