This year has been huge for Victoria Monét, the talented ‘On My Mama’ singer who’s been catching everyone’s attention. With her fantastic voice and incredible dance skills, she’s definitely set to take over.
At the ’30 Years of Essence Party’ hosted by Kenny Burns, Monét, who hails from Atlanta, wowed in a $450 cobalt blue Di Petsa ‘Wet Dreams’ mini dress. The dress, made in Greece, was designed to be sheer, and she paired it with matching undergarments for a cohesive look. The mesh dress had digital prints with phrases like “Wet,” “Holy Water,” and “Shame is self-inflicting punishment.”
During the event, Monét posed with Grammy award-winning artist Mya, who looked as youthful as ever since she first burst onto the scene in the late ’90s. Mya rocked a monochromatic look with a black cropped graphic tee that read ‘Black is Beautiful,’ daisy duke shorts, and black thigh-high boots. Her embellished glasses added a trendy and youthful touch.
Both Victoria Monét and Mya looked effortlessly stylish and chic at the ’30 Years of Essence’ party! What do you think? Hot or not?
