Where has the time gone? It feels like just yesterday when Solange gave birth to her son, Daniel “Julez” Smith. Now he’s 19 years old and looking as handsome as his football-playing father, Daniel Smith.
You can’t deny the strong Knowles genes because in a viral picture of Julez with his famous Aunt Beyoncé and cousin Blue Ivy, their Creole heritage is clearly visible through their similar facial features.
To celebrate his birthday month, the Houston native posed in front of a white cake wearing a $450 green and yellow Denim Tears Madonna Rugby shirt, which featured the brand’s floral logo on the back. If you haven’t heard of Denim Tears, it’s a brand founded by designer Tremaine Emory, who used to be the Creative Director at Supreme. Emory’s brand is inspired by the African Diaspora and has collaborated with popular brands like Ugg, Champion, and Dior. It’s also a favorite among celebrities like Cardi B and Offset, Kanye West, A$AP Rocky, and Lori Harvey.
Julez has grown into a well-composed and stylish young man. It was wonderful to see him celebrating with his Aunt Beyoncé and cousin Blue, who just finished the Renaissance Tour in Kansas City on October 1.
