We all know that Queen Beyoncé never misses a beat. She kicked off 2023 with a bang and now, she’s shutting it down in style once again!
On Saturday evening, it felt like award season at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Los Angeles, as numerous celebrities gathered for the premiere of “Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé.” The theme of the night was “Cozy Opulence,” and the chrome red carpet was filled with luxurious and lavish outfits. If you thought the fashion during her Renaissance tour was top-notch, the movie premiere took it to an entirely different level.
Beyoncé, looking absolutely stunning at 42, arrived in a custom platinum Versace gown that beautifully hugged her curves. The strapless dress featured a cone-shaped bust and a plunging neckline. She paired it with silver long opera gloves that matched the Renaissance theme, and her light platinum blonde hair was styled elegantly.
Kelly Rowland, Beyoncé’s longtime friend, and partner-in-crime dazzled in a silver Jean Paul Gaultier dress with a cone-shaped bust, designed by Julien Dossena. With her loose curl bob and silver mule heels, she gave off major old Hollywood glam vibes, resembling a black Marilyn Monroe.
Representing Bishme Cromartie, the latest Project Runway All-Stars winner, Michelle Williams from Destiny’s Child stunned in a dramatic black avant-garde gown with one of the evening’s most innovative silhouettes. Former Destiny’s Child members Letoya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson also rocked black outfits. Luckett opted for an edgy, long-sleeve leather Rick Owens dress that complemented her platinum blonde pixie cut, while Roberson went for a daring look with cut-outs and a diamond-embellished patch on her dress.
The Bailey sisters, Halle and Chloe, made a splash at the premiere as well. Halle, covering her baby bump, wore a black Lost in Echo coat, while Chloe turned heads in a royal purple LaQuan Smith gown with a perfectly draped cut-out waist.
Lizzo didn’t hold back either, making an unforgettable entrance in a custom all-white House of Harry Halim set. Her outfit featured ruffles on the skirt and satin jacket, paired with pointy toe lace-up heels and diamond jewelry, showing her unwavering dedication to Beyoncé.
Lori Harvey, a known Beyoncé fan, attended in a black vintage Thierry Mugler dress with cold shoulders and feather detailing. She finished her look with strappy sandals and a bronze beat, appearing completely unbothered by her recent breakup with actor Damson Idris.
As you can see, celebrities brought their A-game for Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour Concert film premiere. We can’t wait to see fans sparkle and shine when the film debuts on December 1st at theaters. Stay tuned for more stars who attended the premiere and showcased their stunning looks!
